Profile

Paul Ngotho is a Chartered Arbitrator and Chartered Surveyor with about 30 years of experience in Kenya and the United Kingdom.

He has experience in resolving disputes in the real estate, construction, employment and insurance sectors as well as among company directors through arbitration, mediation, adjudication and expert determination. He has also acted as party representative in arbitration and tribunals. He is on the panels or lists of arbitrators in various local, continenatal and international arbitral bodies.

His expertise extends to the valuation, sale, management, leasing and selling, arranging joint ventures with respect to commercial, industrial, agricultural and residential properties.
